CHAPTER 5

Mr. Moonstar

Dr. Kipper’s office was empty when they got there, but not for long. The four of them had hardly taken their seats when Dr. Kipper swept into the room — and she wasn’t alone.

Before anyone could say anything, a man wearing a long, silvery robe and an array of colorful beaded necklaces trailed into the office after her. Mr. Collini followed closely behind. “Here they are, Mr. Moonstar,” he said, waving toward the kids on the couch.

“What’s going on?” Wilson asked, looking back and forth between the grown-ups.

“Kids,” said Mr. Collini, “this is Mr. Moonstar. He’s the psychic who’s been investigating what’s been happening here at the museum. Since you were all right there when the Quetzalcoatlus fell, I thought it might be helpful if he spoke with you. You can tell him about your spiritual experience at the time of the incident.”
