Preparation:
Chop the onion, mushrooms, and garlic and sauté them in oil on medium heat.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Now put the mixture on the pita bread and put in the oven 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve.
Lamajoon
Ingredients:
❖ 1 head onion chopped
❖ 2 cloves garlic
❖ 1 lb. ground beef
❖ 1 (14 ½ -oz.) can diced tomatoes
❖ ¼ cup parsley chopped
❖ ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
❖ ½ tsp. ground cumin
❖ salt
❖ black pepper
❖ Pita bread
Preparation:
In a blender add the onion and garlic.
Later add the rest of the ingredients in the blender blend until smooth.
Now spread a layer of the meat mixture all over the pita bread.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with the juice of a lemon sprinkled on top.
