Multiple-Crystal Arrangement

Figure 15 shows the DuMond diagram with two successive crystal arrangements: (+m, − n) setting and (+m, + n) setting. Here, overlap of reflection domains by two crystals is illustrated for a typical example. We can calculate the final intensity distribution in the angle-energy space, with the light source and multiple-crystal reflections by application of the similar manner successively.
