NON-DRIP ICE PACKS

You’ve woken up after a night of partying to find that you’ve pulled a muscle or a part of your body is swollen. The first thing you do is grab a bag of frozen peas or ice cubes to help reduce the pain/swelling. However, it doesn’t take long before you are left with something that’s slightly warm and dripping wet. To prevent this, use non-drip ice packs instead. Soak a sponge in water and seal it in a reusable sandwich bag, then place it in the freezer. (Prepare a few at once if you’re prone to suffering from injuries or swelling.) When you need to, apply the sponge in the bag to the affected area without worrying about soaking everything in your vicinity.
