The Three Levels of Envisioning

Now that you have a more thorough understanding of the potential of visioning, your next challenge is to revisit your school’s or district’s shared vision and make sure it has become an integral part of your school’s culture. In an effort to support the vision pillar of the PLC foundation, we have developed three levels of exploring your school’s shared vision. Each of these levels builds on the others. The three levels are:

•Level I—Inspiration

•Level II—Aspiration

•Level III—Perspiration

Let’s examine each of these three levels.
