Solar eclipse – moon moving across the face of the sun

To the Reader/Teacher.

Our moon, being rock with little heavy, metallic, core, did not form in precisely the same way as Earth or the other inner planets – Mercury, Venus and Mars.

Earth and the moon possess chemical similarities suggestive of a common source for the outermost parts of both bodies. There is also evidence of donation to the early Earth, distinctly later than Earth coalescence. An obvious item for which to search is therefore a common donor planet. Mercury, currently depleted in stone mantle compared to metal core, and in a somewhat inclined orbit, is an obvious candidate.

The Bible throughout symbolizes the sun as the man and the moon as the woman. This is perhaps most clearly expressed in Joseph’s dream, Genesis 37: 9. The moon thus symbolizes the bride – and brides are introduced from elsewhere. The moon was introduced after the earth had been in existence for considerable time. Being a symbol of the woman, the mother of all living (Gen.3:20 ), it is not surprising that tangible, animal-grade, life sprang into existence upon moon capture.
