Prostate Orgasm

Accessible only through the anus and only in bodies with penises, the prostate is located just below the bladder. When stimulated through anal play, the prostate can produce an internal orgasm for penis owners. Interestingly, this type of orgasm can occur with or without an erection.

Dry Orgasm

Penis owners can have an orgasm without ejaculating—hence the term dry. The most common reason an orgasm is “dry” is that the penis owner has already had an orgasm and the well has run...well, dry, but they can still get erect and experience the muscle contractions of orgasm. After a break, the body will produce enough semen to ejaculate again.

Dry orgasms can also occur when semen isn’t expelled from the tip of the penis and instead flows backward into the bladder. This isn’t a cause for concern. That semen will likely just leave the body the next time the person urinates.

Semen retention is the process of learning to intentionally have a dry orgasm. This has become a bit of a trend lately, but it has actually been around for over five thousand years. According to the tantric sex tradition, retaining semen enhances the life force energy. More practically speaking, it might help penis owners maintain an erection after orgasm to last longer before ejaculation, as well as lead to multiple orgasms for penis owners. Research has shown it can also improve sperm motility and potentially increase testosterone levels.

A good time to try having a dry orgasm is after you’ve already ejaculated—ideally more than once. If the well is dry, so to speak, and you continue stimulating yourself sexually, it’s more likely that you’ll orgasm without ejaculating. Another way to practice semen retention is to work on edging. This will help you become aware of when you are about to ejaculate and retain it while still experiencing an orgasm.

Coregasm

Believe it or not, this is an orgasm that happens while you’re doing a core exercise. It can definitely make your workout a lot more exciting! When you engage your muscles to stabilize your core, you may also contract the pelvic floor muscles, leading to an orgasm. Some penis owners ejaculate during a coregasm, while others don’t.

For vulva owners, a coregasm feels similar to a deep vaginal orgasm with most sensation in the lower abdominals, inner thighs, or pelvis. I’ll never forget the first time I had one of these on the thigh abductor machine at the gym!

Nipple-gasm

In vulva owners, nipple stimulation can activate the same region of the brain as the clitoris and the vagina: the genital sensory cortex. Because nipples are filled with nerve endings, continuous play may lead to an orgasm, especially in people who are more sensitive. Even if nipple play doesn’t end in an orgasm, it can enhance arousal all over your body. Keep in mind that everyone’s nipples are different—some people have little to no sensitivity, while others feel so sensitive they might prefer to skip nipple play entirely.

Blended Orgasm

When more than one erogenous zone is stimulated at the same time, it can lead to a blended orgasm.
