I grabbed for the first scrunchy I saw, but before I could start down, Pablo took hold of my arm.

“Dude, check out that book. It’s the brightest pink I’ve ever seen. What kind of book could that be?”

I knew what it was. It was the journal. Robin’s pink patent-leather fashion journal.

Right then and there, an idea came to me for something that would be really fun. It was my second great idea of the week. I know, I know, it wasn’t on Pablo’s Perfect Phive list. But it should have been. For sure.

“Hey Pablo,” I whispered. “I’ve got something great for us to do.”

“The Pablo is always up for fun,” he said.

I told him all about Robin’s journal. Then I told him my idea of what we should do with that journal. When he heard it, his eyes lit up like fireworks on the Fourth of July.
