CHAPTER 6:
Defend your garden by animals
Attract good guys
P redatory mites and ladybugs can get rid of pests. Knowing how to manage insects will help you get rid of other pests.
You can attract predators to the garden by planting certain plants and flowers or using commercially available attractions. Garden predators eat pests, but they don't just eat pests. They will move around your neighborhood and go out if you provide them with your favorite floral food, some of which can be grown as edible or ornamental. Sweet clover, white alder, nasturtium, strawberry, fennel, dill, cow, coriander, morning glory, and cumin are all on account of good bugs. Bring benefits. Many ornamental eats, like this nasturtium, give pollen and nectar to predatory insects.
