1. Trace all pieces onto fusible web (except for garage, which will be sewn on later).

2. Bubble-cut around each piece.

3. Follow the fusible web instructions and apply pieces to felt using your iron. Cut out each piece and remove fusible web backing.

4. Lay out the two Peltex pages. Place roads on pages and fuse to pages with your iron, following the fusible web instructions.

5. Cut out garage piece from brown felt and sew onto Peltex page where indicated on the template.

6. Apply house pieces and garage roof to page and fuse to page with your iron. If desired, top-stitch pieces.

7. Print road signs and car on transfer paper.

8. Once printed follow the transfer paper instructions to transfer images to scrap piece of Peltex. Cut out road signs and car.

9. Place Velcro on the back of road signs and on Peltex page where you want the road signs to be.

10. Park car in the garage.
