High blood pressure treatment
In general, high blood pressure or hypertension is the result of contamination of blood vessels by slags and toxins. It occurs most often in people who often experience stress and increased nervous stress. Long-term hypertension can cause serious diseases of the kidneys, heart and brain vessels, as well as lead to irreversible lesions of the fundus. All these negative consequences significantly worsen the quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly monitor the condition of blood pressure and always consult a doctor.
Hypertension is a very insidious disease. Usually it develops gradually. At first, the pressure rises for a short time. The first symptoms manifest themselves in the form of "unexpected" pain in the morning in the occipital part of the head or neck, which soon pass. Other, more serious symptoms are dizziness, palpitations, pain in the heart, frequent urge to urinate, nervous tension, fatigue and shortness of breath.
Long-term hypertension can cause serious diseases of the kidneys, heart and brain vessels, as well as lead to irreversible lesions of the fundus.
However, the main symptom is high blood pressure. Some people can live with symptoms for years without much deterioration of their well-being, without losing their efficiency, especially at the initial stage of the disease.
I remind you that the typical sign of hypertensive disease is a headache, turning into heaviness in the back of the neck, which sometimes manifests itself in the morning hours. It is often accompanied by flashing "flies" before the eyes, dizziness, and sometimes nausea. In some cases, nasal bleeding occurs, leading to relief. Painful pains often appear with a sharp change in atmospheric pressure. When you repeat the symptoms, you should always consult a doctor.
One of the proven ways to treat at home is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, avoid bad habits. Incorrect nutrition, disturbed sleep, alcohol abuse and daily smoking are all characteristic of most hypertensive patients. These factors contribute to the progress of the disease.
For treatment at home, you need:
1. Reduce your weight. Do everything reasonable to reduce the mass of the physical body. It is obesity in many cases is the cause of the development of hypertension.
2. Quit smoking and drinking alcohol. Urgently quit smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.
3. Lead an active lifestyle, including walking and dancing. This has a positive effect on general health, and also reduces the likelihood of further development of the disease.
4. Review your diet. You should make a choice in favor of a healthy one. Everything should be balanced: you need to eat more greens and fish, products using whole grains, as well as vegetables. At the same time, limit the consumption of sugar, smoked products, confectionery and carbonated beverages. When choosing foods, you should always give preference to those that have the minimum fat content.
5. No to frying food. Completely refuse cooking food with frying. Instead, use steamers.
6. Apply for therapeutic purposes aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide.
With hypertension, rubbing the painful parts of the body with a 3% solution diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 2 will be useful and effective.
