Team or Faculty Plans: action plans which translate the school operational plan into plans for the individual teams who will take responsibility for the achievement of goals. Again, team or faculty plans are probably best formatted through either spreadsheet or project management software and should include the following features:

Operational Goals, Desired Outcomes and Actions: these should be taken directly from the school operational plan.

Action Plans: for each of the actions identified above, the team develops a series of steps to be taken, responsibilities, linkages and timeline for achievement. Resources should also be incorporated into the action plan.
