For the Left Hand

Use the fingering pattern 43213214. Start on the third octave F# using the fourth finger. Play G# with the third finger, A with the second finger, and B with the thumb. Move the third finger over the thumb to C# and use the second finger to play D. Play E with the thumb and complete the scale by playing the octave note F# on the fifth scale using the fourth finger.

Begin the descending scale by playing E with the thumb after you play the octave note with the fourth finger. Use the second and third fingers to play D and C# and bring your thumb under to play B. Play A with the second finger. Use the third finger and the fourth finger to play G# and F#.
