Set up a link between a FastConnect circuit in Oracle Cloud and an ExpressRoute circuit in Microsoft Azure for cross-cloud networking between Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure

The communication between the clouds is secure and segregated. The cross-cloud connection does not allow traffic from networks other than Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure to access either cloud. Traffic from your data center, for example, cannot reach Oracle Cloud via Microsoft Azure

The FastConnect virtual circuit finishes at an Oracle Cloud dynamic routing gateway (DRG) connected to a virtual cloud network (VCN)

The ExpressRoute connection in Microsoft Azure terminates at a virtual network gateway (VNG) connected to a virtual network (VNet)

The traffic between the application and the database is routed through Microsoft Azure's VNG to Oracle Cloud's DRG. Traffic is routed through the DRG to the VNG in the opposite direction. The traffic never exits the private network in either direction
