5.5.2 Equivalently Achieved PSO-H∞ Optimal Active Control for Sensitive Equipment

Based on Sects. 4.​4 and 4.​4.​3, the active control for sensitive equipment using PSO-H∞ is examined to obtain the optimal active control force . This force is utilized as in the MRD semi-active control, and an equivalent realization calculation is performed. Figure 5.62 depicts the power equipment's semi-active control after MRD replaces the active control system. The damping force generated by MRD is , and the other parameters of the vibration isolation system have the same meanings as before. The dynamic equation is shown in Eq. (5.29).
