Many of us spend more hours at our computers than we do in our beds. If your daytime territory is mostly limited to a desk, make the best of it.
Periodically stop what youâre doing and release the tension in your neck that builds up during long periods of working. Drop your head forward loosely, then slowly roll it to the right and back. Continue making a circle with your head, letting it drop toward your back and then to the left. Allow your head to fall forward, so your chin touches your collarbones, then repeat the circle. Do this three times slowly in a clockwise direction. Then reverse and roll in a counterclockwise direction.
