There is no sense depriving yourself of carbohydrates as some diets suggest. When you want chips, you may give yourself some, given the following: 1.It is not the only thing you eat all day 2. You will only eat a small amount. 3. You do not do this every single day. 4. You do not do this to drive away sadness or boredom, etc.
