Heat a frying pan at medium and add a little vegetable oil to make sure the pancakes do not stick.

Pour the cottage cheese pancake mix to the pan and cook until they are browned. Flip them as you would any other pancakes...when they bubble.

The pancakes are served on a plate with the homemade berry sauce and/or spoonful’s of berry-flavored yogurt.

If serving for breakfast, you would not add any berry sauce or yogurt.
