STEP 16 Grab 1 end of the wire with pliers and wrap it with the other wire. Create a wrapped loop at the top.

This project features a low-tech but nifty way to help you decide where to place the pendants on five rows of chain. All you need is a paper at least 26” (66cm) long. A newspaper would do it (if you can still find one!). Also, did you know that you can buy discs with the holes already drilled in them? They make life a lot easier.
