From detailed reported notes on the results of the disease, the effects of the “A” pathogen, Anthrax, included:

General parenchymatous degeneration (swelling and degeneration of cells and cell membranes).

Tonsils: Catarrh (excessive discharge of mucus from inflammation of mucous membrane, causing congestion), superficial ulcers (sores on the upper layer of organ tissue), intense tonsillitis with extensive effects (listed below).

Intense Tonsillitis: Inflammation of the tonsils, causing difficulty swallowing and sore throat. This then caused:

Peribronchitis: Inflammation and swelling of tissue around the bronchi, the airways to the lungs, congestion causing difficulty breathing and coughing (as well as general bronchitis).

Mediastinitis: Inflammation and swelling of the mediastinum, the chest cavity that contains the heart, the esophagus, the thyroid, and many other organs in the chest and throat.

Hemorrhagic exudation in the peribronchial and mediastinal tissues: Secretion and leaking of blood in the chest cavity and the tissue surrounding the bronchi, the part of the lungs that expand and compress when taking in air.

Skin: Cutaneous ulcers (skin ulcers), perifocal phlegmons (inflamed soft tissue under skin).

Abdomen: Intense hemorrhagic exudative changes in small and large intestines (secretion of blood out of blood vessels), intense hemorrhagic ascites in the abdomen (massive excess buildup of blood causing large abdominal swelling and stomach bulging), leukocyte congestion of the small and large intestines (cell fluid congesting intestines), lymphadenitis with hemorrhaging (swelling and bleeding of the lymph nodes).

Lungs: Alveolitis (tissue development in the lungs resulting in difficulty breathing), bacterial dissemination (general infection of a virus leading to cell decay), tuberculosis, atelectasis (collapse and loss of lung volume, causes respiratory failure).

Heart: Intense degeneration of the heart (general breakdown of all parts of the heart from literally falling apart), interstitial edema of the heart (swelling in the fluid-filled space of muscular and cell walls).

Liver: Hepatitis (inflammation of the liver), intense hepatitis serosa in the liver (scab scarring and degeneration of the liver), general hemorrhaging in the liver (internal bleeding), multiple miliary necrosis (rashes and wounds that cause mass cell death), fat degeneration.

Stomach: Mucus catarrh (excessive buildup of mucus from the inflammation of the mucous membrane), congestion in mucous and sub-mucous tissues (causing difficulty digesting food).

Kidney: Glomerulo/nephrosis in the kidney (degeneration of nerve endings and intersecting blood vessels leading to kidney failure), vacuolar degeneration of epitheliums in kidney (degeneration of the outer lining of the kidney), considerable interstitial edema (swelling in the fluid-filled space of muscular and cell walls).

Pancreas: Intense parenchymatous degeneration (cell swelling and increase in cellular water leading to cell congestion and death), fluid congestion, general cell degeneration.

Spleen: Spleenitis infections in spleen (inflammation of the spleen, leading in slowed function).

Brain: Diffuse hemorrhages in general suprarenal and cortical tissues (bleeding in the outer layer of the brain’s tissue and the brain’s adrenal gland), intense suprarenal degeneration (breakdown of a hormonal gland inside the brain), general congestion of cerebellum.

Thyroid: Floccular collapse (degeneration and collapse of thyroid).

Testicles: Atrophia Testes (for male subjects, shrinking and ceasing function of testicles).
