CUTE CHRISTMAS CARDS
Christmas Tree Garland, Christmas Star, and Winter Wreath
Christmas Tree Garland
1Punch five Christmas trees out of the red and white patterned construction paper. Cut a piece of wire the width of a postcard. Glue one end of the wire to the left side of the card so that the right side is free. Glue one tree to the wire.
2Thread a few beads on the wire, and secure them in place by gluing the next tree over the wire and on the paper. Continue until all five trees are glued to the card. The last tree should be at the end of the wire.
3For the text, cut a rectangle out of the construction paper and cut the ends to points. Print a Christmas greeting with a label maker. Cut the ends to points, and attach them to the construction paper. Glue them to the card.
Christmas Stars
1Cut the construction paper to match the size of the postcard. Trace the star on another piece of construction paper and cut it out.
2Lay the star in the middle of the postcard and sew it with a simple stitch along the edges. If you donât have a sewing machine, glue the star in place.
3Print a Christmas greeting using the label maker. Cut the ends like a pennant and attach it under the star.
Winter Wreath
1Using the drinking glass and pencil, trace a circle on the postcard. This will be the template for the wreath that will be glued to the card.
2Cut sixty leaves out of the dark green construction paper. The leaves should be about 0.5" (1 cm) long. The leaves can be different from each other to make the wreath look more natural.
3Glue the leaves to the card using a glue stick. Glue them on the left and right side of the circle, with the leaves overlapping, so it looks like a wreath. Cut out more leaves if needed.
4Make a bow out of the ribbon and glue it to the middle of the top of the wreath.
TIP
If you do not have a label maker, you can also print the Christmas greeting you want with letter stamps.
