With its enthusiasm for producing delightful, quirky-looking succulent pups, the Chinese Money Plant, also known as the Pilea, is everywhere.

The round pancake leaves and the plant’s ability to grow in an almost spherical way makes it a great display specimen. The Chinese Money Plant likes bright, indirect light and as its leaves and stem will grow towards the light, regularly turn the pot once or twice a week. As the plant grows taller, it may need some extra support to ensure it doesn’t get too top heavy.
