5 Persian cucumbers, diced
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pound peeled shrimp (31-40)
1 pound bay scallops
1 small red onion, diced
3 small roma tomatoes, diced
2 bunches cilantro, minced
6 avocados, diced
Charred Habanero Salsa (recipe follows)
Cocktail Sauce (recipe follows)
8 to 10 key limes
Salsa Huichol, for garnish
14.7-ounce box Saladitas crackers or 14-ounce package tostadas
