How do you think, given how you innovate, you might cause friction with others on your team?

Now that you recognize some of that friction you feel is because your teammates are coming from different perspectives, how can you turn that friction into an advantage?

What will you do differently the next time you feel that friction with your teammate?

When you’ve set your “why” and engage in a few key conversation starters, you are on your way to creating space for vulnerability. When there is space for vulnerability, you create space for tapping diversity in thinking as well.

As I mentioned previously, it’s important that everyone on your team knows their IQE so they can study and understand the following chart (and all the others in this book). The more your team understands why their ability to innovate matters and how to view those around them for what each team member brings to the table, the more productive and powerful the results.
