I’ll take that as an invitation to chill out, hunker down, binge-watch, snuggle, snack, and wear soft pants whenever possible. With two little kids, though, that’s really not happening! It used to look like this: I’d leave the phone downstairs, put on sweats, and grab a row of Ritz crackers. With the bedroom door shut, I’d pull down the blackout shades, get into bed, and binge-watch The Real Housewives of . . . anywhere, or some other mindless stuff. These days, I’d just feel guilty if I crawled into bed. “Mommy, where are you?” from the other side of the door is just too hard to resist.
