I love and eat many sweets – I renounce from harmful sugar.

I have to buy only those clothes, which fit on me, but not that one which I like – My figure allows me to purchase that I like.

I ate again for a night, as I cannot sleep hungry – I refuse to late meals, as I like easiness in the organism before the dream.

Because of the excess of weight, it’s hard for me to take the stairs to the 5 floor without using lift – I can easily walk up the stairs without lift.

I’ll eat one more portion, as this dish is very tasty – I decline easily an additional portion, as saturation comes quickly.

For me is hard to bring myself for walking even for 15 minutes – I’m walking every day for 30-60 minutes with great pleasure.

This woman/man is in a such a good form, it’s impossible to be like her/him – I’m losing weight quickly and become like…

I refuse going at a corporative event, because my superfluous fat is badly visible in any dress – I’m glad to meet my colleagues, because I look nice in any outfit.

I eat a lot – I eat a normal amount of food, sufficient for maintenance the organism’s efficiency.

I frequently run to depression because of the weight excess – I enjoy life, as my weight is normal.
