DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.

STEP 2

Combine the coarsely ground oatmeal, cornmeal, baking powder, seeds and sunflower chips in a medium mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.

STEP 3

Whip the egg in a separate bowl. Add the warmed milk or water, melted suet and then the Raisin-berry Relish.

STEP 4

Pour the egg mixture into the well in the center of the oatmeal-nut mixture. Stir until ingredients are combined, but do not overmix. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full.

STEP 5

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with peanut butter and decorate with seeds, nuts and dried mealworms. Top with a carrot candle with a pumpkin-seed flame.
