Werke nummer 6900 shows this to be a He 111 H-3 which was coded 6N+CA whilst flying with Stab/KGr 100 in 1941. It was later converted to an H-11 but destroyed in an air raid on Braunschwig-Waggum on 24 November 1944 by which time it was serving with Flugzeugführerschule B37. Note the letter C on the tail.

The same werke nummer 6900/6N+CA was damaged by Flak over London on 24 June 1941. It is seen here after crash-landed at Raversyde airfield in Belgium suffering 60 per cent damage. Note all markings have been toned down apart from the Viking badge and letter C on the tail.
