In both, Mandelbrot set (Pictures 1), and Sierpinski gasket (Pictures 2) [8] we see the key property of fractals – that is their similarity. Acquisition of fractal analysis in epidemiological assessment of notifiable diseases in surveillance sample may help researchers to locate and measure confounding effects in 3D system, through regression of geometrical reasoning toward the initial point where no confounder exist.
