Ingredients:

1 cup chicken stock

1 tablespoon old bay seasoning

1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed

1 sweet onion, chopped

2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

In your pressure cooker, mix stock with old bay seasoning, red pepper, onion and shrimp, stir, cover and cook on Low for 30 minutes.

Divide into bowls and serve.
