After you have gotten done with preparing all of the fruits, it is time to go through the drying process. You will want to set out some sheets and arrange the fruit all along the sheet. Make sure to keep them in one single layer for the best results when drying. Once the trays are filled up, you will want to place them into the dryer or the oven. Make sure to leave some room between the trays to ensure that they are getting the air all around them.

If you are using the oven to dry out your fruit, you will need to remember that the door will need to be left open a little bit. If you have the option of using an electric fan, you can place it right in front so that it can help the oven go faster with the drying process. If you are using a dryer to do this process, you will not need to worry about leaving it open or anything. The dryer will take care of all the ventilation and other things that you need.
