To decrease pressure, use your opposite hand to press the lacrosse ball into your inner thigh.

How it helps

This exercise releases trigger points caused by a forceful slip. Your inner thighs rapidly activate to stop a fall, but a fast reaction can strain the muscles.

Knee Release

The small movement of this exercise releases tension in the knee joint, which becomes strained when you sit or stand all day. It’s especially beneficial before any lower body workouts so your leg muscles are flexible and less prone to injuries.
