1. Shower

Using the massage setting on your shower head transforms a means of washing into a handy source of sexual pleasure. You can experiment by spraying water directly against your clitoris and labia and adjusting the intensity and temperature of the spray to find what feels best. The closer the shower head is to your body, the higher the intensity; the further away the head is, the less intense the spray. While the maximum spray intensity may feel great on your back, it might feel more like rubbing sandpaper against your skin.

Remember your clitoris and labia are extremely sensitive, so set the water to a comfortable temperature and pressure and test it on a less sensitive part of your body like your thigh first, before focusing on your clitoris and vulva.

Take care not to spray water directly into the vagina as this creates potential health concerns such as creating small tears in the sensitive vaginal walls which in itself can cause inflammation or infection and lead to pain during intercourse.
