They say it takes 21 days to make it a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle. So, I suggest you try to eat this way for 21 days. And just see if your body craves more salt, sugar, or alcohol. You do have to let your body wean off of stuff you are used to. For example, alcohol; if you are used to having it every night, then you will feel the effects of not having it after day 5 or 6. Your body will get used to it … I promise!! Change is good for us, and even our bodies. We need to keep guessing and challenging our brain and body.
