3. Fold a 6" piece of -wide silk satin ribbon in half to form a loop hanger. Place it at one end of the fringing with the loop hanger above the fringing band. Smear a very thin layer of craft glue across the top of the fringing. Starting at the loop hanger end, tightly roll up the fringing so the loop hanger will be in the center of the tassel when completed.

72" each ribbon in six different colors, ¼ to ½" wide
6" double-face silk satin ribbon, wide
