Lee’s Lessons
Take your time. While there are basically three to four steps to drawing, there may be multiple actions required within each step. Going back and forth by adding tones, blending and lifting light is necessary to achieve a realistic end result. Devote the time necessary!
Anatomy of Feet
The foot has many small bones that connect to the leg bones. You do not need to know the names of each one, but you must understand how they all connect and create the look of the foot.
Like the hands, the muscles and tendons affect the way the feet look. When you look at the top of your foot, it is the tendons you see. Again, knowing the names is not important; knowing they are there is.
