“I want only Mike to step forward,” growled Mr. Bones.

Shannon narrowed her eyes. “Why?”

“You know why!” Mr. Bones said. “I want that jacket — and I will not tolerate interference this time, young lady.”

Mike knew he had to play along. He stepped forward and unzipped his jacket so at least Ahfu would be out of harm’s way. To Mike’s surprise, Ahfu scrambled out and ran toward Mr. Bones — then jumped on him and barked ferociously!

While Mr. Bones was struggling with Ahfu on the ground, the dinosaurs were stock still since they hadn’t received any instructions from Mr. Bones. Mike took full advantage of the accidental distraction and yanked the dino trap out of his pocket.
