Table 7 shows a calculated t-value of 1.970 at a tested value of 0.05 level of significance. Since the computed p-value of 0.088 was greater than the level of significance value of 0.05, this implied that there was no statistically significant difference between female and male tertiary institutions students' attitude towards MST-related courses.

H03: There is no significant difference in the attitude of tertiary institutions’ students towards MST related courses in the states of the region.
