“Sorry,” Lucas said with a grin. “Mind if I join you?”

“Go ahead,” Trina said. Her heart picked up the pace, banging around inside her chest, but it wasn’t due to fear this time. For once, she felt excited, bubbling up with enthusiasm, her legs already trembling a little bit as she thought about snuggling up underneath the bubbles with her boyfriend.

Lucas stepped out of his clothes and carefully came into the tub, settling his body alongside Trina’s. “I thought you were going to be gone all night and tomorrow, too,” Trina said, instinctively wrapping her arms around Lucas’s shoulder, hugging his slippery body to hers.
