Are there any non-biblical documents which support biblical history?

There are. The Jewish historian Josephus, writing in about AD 93, includes two references to Jesus in his book Antiquities of the Jews.

The Roman historian and senator Tacitus also refers to Jesus and his early followers, who were “called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus…”

There are other sources of interest too; for example, Pliny the Younger, Lucian of Samosata, Celsus, and the Dead Sea Scrolls.
