If your workspace is not big enough for all the parts, just coat a few parts at a time. Epoxy takes about 3 to 4 hours to dry at 70 degrees F, longer in lower temperatures. Below 40 degrees F, most epoxy simply will not dry or cure properly and may become difficult to work with or may require special handling, hardeners, etc. If you do the hull panels first, you can begin assembling them while the other parts are curing, but be sure that the hull parts have cured first.

3. Make sure all parts are clean, dry, and free of dust. It is a good idea to wipe them with a cloth impregnated with alcohol or acetone. (Do not use paint thinner, gas, or kerosene.) The wood should be at a temperature of 60 degrees F or more.

4. You’ll use a small roller with sponge roller covers, and disposable brushes. They should also be at 60 degrees F or more.
