Row 1: Dc in fourth ch from hook (3 skipped chs count as first dc), ch 1, skip next 2 chs, dc in next ch, ch 1, skip next 2 chs, 2 dc in next ch, ch 1, skip next 2 chs, dc in last ch: 2 2‑dc groups, 2 dc, and 3 chs.

Rows 2 and 3: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), turn; dc in first dc, ch 1, dc in center of next 2‑dc group (sp between dc), ch 1, skip next ch, 2 dc in next dc, ch 1, dc in center of last 2‑dc group.
