I have designed this routine so you can do it with your baby in front of you, which always adds to the fun. Why not choose some nice relaxing music to perform these exercises to as they are all on the floor. For maximum benefit you need to do them slowly and in a controlled manner. So swap your fast tunes for your favourite chill-out music.
