MINT TEA
1 quart water
1 large handful mint leaves
Sugar to taste
1. Rinse mint leaves.
2. Bring water to boiling.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add mint leaves and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes.
5. Remove mint leaves and add sugar to taste, stirring until completely dissolved.
6. Cool before serving.

Finally we’re eating the first spring harvests. Rhubarb has been ready for awhile and also asparagus. I don’t have rhubarb in my garden, but Barbie Mom does and always shares it with us.
