Clove and Lemon Warming Spray
I spend a lot of time in winter shoveling snow and ice from my long driveway, and when I come inside, my fingers and toes are cold and my body is hot (shoveling is a high calorie burner!). I use this spray to warm my extremities when I don’t want to take a hot shower or bath.
LEVEL: Easy
MAKES: 1 (4-ounce) spray bottle
Ingredients
¼ cup sweet almond essential oil
10 drops clove essential oil
10 drops ginger essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil
Add all ingredients to a glass bottle. When you come inside, spray a few drops of the oil into your hands and rub them into your feet, then cover with socks. Then, rub the oil into your hands and inhale.
