Once you know which exam board your school uses for English, a quick Google search will show you what sections to expect in each of your exams.
Now that you have that information, add it to your mind map, like this:
Now here comes the tricky part. Next to each of the latest branches you have added to your mind map (the sections, i.e. Section B: Exploring cultures), I want you to include as many things as you can think of that you associate with that section. Don’t worry if you can’t think of them all – you can always ask a teacher for help later – but start to include anything which you think is relevant. Once you begin, you’ll be surprised at how many things you can think of.
