2. Cook mushrooms in butter over medium-high heat until they are well done and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

3. In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, onion and garlic powders, and pepper.

4. Unfold thawed pastry and place on a lightly floured surface or heavy-duty plastic wrap.

5. Spread one-fourth of the spinach mixture evenly over one pastry sheet, leaving a half-inch border on all sides.

6. Roll up the pastry, jelly-roll fashion, pressing the seam to seal. Wrap the roll in heavy-duty plastic wrap.
