If you were a composer, your materials would include sheet music, as seen in Figure 8-1, and an arrangement for it too, as well as the supporting players and the venue to perform. That same structure applies to the webinar. Think about it. The script acts as the sheet music, whereas the itinerary is the arrangement. Then there are the players, which are the people associated with the webinar — from the speakers to support staff. The Internet acts as the place where it all plays out, just like Carnegie Hall, as seen in Figure 8-2. Clearly, practice makes perfect for both the musician and the webinar producer.
