And each of the rivers of Eden [will moisten] its [high br]anches,

and will become w[aters unfathom]able,

20 streaming over the world without end,

and until Sheol [beneath.

And] the fountain of light will become an eternal source,

21 (which) cannot be removed.

In the sparks of its flames will burn all the so[ns of deceit;

And they (the sparks) will become] a burning fire in all the men of

22 guilt

until (their) annihilation.

And they that are bound by my testimony were tempted

by the interpret[ers of error to bri]ng a stranger into the service of righteousness.

23 But you, O God, you ordered them to benefit

from their ways in the way of ho[liness] in [which they walk];

But the uncircumcised and the impure and the brigand

24 will not pass over it.

And they have fallen away from the way of your heart.

And in the disasters of [their] tra[nsgression] they [will stumble],

and (be) like a counselor of Belial

25 with their heart.

[And] they pre[pared] a wicked thought;

They will wallow constantly in guilt.

And I, I [was] like a sailor in a boat (when) in raging

26 waters

their waves and all their breakers roar over me

(as) a twisting wind [with no] silence to restore the soul.
