Procedure

Discuss with the children the importance of covering their mouths when they cough or sneeze. Explain that no one wants to give colds to others.

Ask the children to draw a simple face on the construction paper and glue a facial tissue directly over the nose and mouth. The picture can be displayed in the classroom or at home and will serve as a great reminder.
